Raiders RB Sincere McCormick is dealing with an ankle injury. Here are the latest updates.

Early in the second quarter of the Raiders’ Monday Night game against the Falcons, Sincere McCormick left the game with an ankle injury.

At the time he left the game, McCormick had just eight yards on seven carries (1.1 ypc) with two catches for 17 yards.

Just before the beginning of the second half, McCormick was officially ruled OUT for the remainder of the game.

He was having a breakout season in an otherwise lost season for the Raiders. He showed a lot of promise and if the injury is serious, they may have to wait until next season to see if he can continue his rise.

Alexander Mattison returned to the lineup this week. He got banged up early as well, but after McCormick’s injury caused him to leave the game, Mattison came back in.

Abdullah and Mattison will share carries. The last running back on the active roster is rookie Dylan Laube.
