Should the Vikings be interested in Terrelle Pryor?

Pryor finished with more than 1,000 receiving yards with the Browns in 2016.

Wide receiver Terrelle Pryor is attempting a comeback to the NFL.

Pryor, 31, last appeared in a regular season game in 2018. Pryor says that he’s had conversations with “five or so” teams about a possible comeback.

Could one of them be the Minnesota Vikings?

The Vikings have Adam Thielen and first-round pick Justin Jefferson, but after that, there’s not a lot of depth. That’s where Pryor, who had 1,007 yards with the Browns in 2016, could make sense to take a flier on.

With that being said, this move would be very unlike the Vikings. Plus, there’s a reason why Pryor isn’t on a team. After his 1,000-yard season with the Browns, Pryor has just 492 yards in 17 games with Washington, Buffalo and New York.

Pryor was a supplemental pick out of Ohio State by the Raiders back in 2011. He was originally drafted to be a quarterback before being converted.

Per Spotrac, Pryor has made just over $14 million during his career as a player.
