One of the key losses in free agency for the Pittsburgh Steelers this offseason has been cornerback Joe Haden. Haden joined the Steelers in 2017 and really stabilized the defensive backfield. Now the Steelers find themselves trying to find an adequate replacement for Haden.

This is where former New York Giants cornerback James Bradberry comes in. Maybe. The Giants released Bradberry this week as part of a cost-cutting move. The move put the former second-round pick on the open market at the age of 28. Bradberry played his first four seasons with the Carolina Panthers.

Bradberry started 91 of 92 potential games with the Panthers and Giants. He has 380 career tackles, 15 interceptions and 82 passes defended.

Pittsburgh signed free agent Levi Wallace as a potential replacement for Haden. Wallace, a former undrafted free agent started 52 games in his first four NFL seasons. The Steelers also re-signed Ahkello Witherspoon.

Witherspoon led the Steelers in interceptions in 2021 despite only starting three games.

Let us know in the comments below if you are happy with the Steelers cornerbacks or should the team pursue Bradberry.
