Should the Steelers add Terrell Suggs for the playoff push?

The Steelers might want to inquire on Terrell Suggs to add a third pass rusher.

If there is one spot on the Pittsburgh Steelers defense where there are concerns it’s depth at outside linebacker. Anthony Chickillo is a serviceable guy but has made his name more on special teams than anywhere else. T.J. Watt and Bud Dupree are having tremendous seasons but are really racking up the snaps and it might be prudent to give these two a break once in a while.

Enter Terrell Suggs. The Arizona Cardinals decided to release the veteran this week and he could be the veteran addition the Steelers need down the stretch.

No one is asking Suggs to be a starter, even though he started all 13 games with the Cardinals. And his 5.5 sacks were second best on the team. Pittsburgh knows Suggs well after his 16 seasons with the Baltimore Ravens. As a situational pass rusher, Suggs could be productive and cost-effective.

But I’ll pass the question off to you. Should the Steelers put in a waiver claim for Suggs to bolster their pass rush depth with three games left in the season?
