Should Kyle Trask replace Tom Brady as Bucs’ QB in 2023, or someone else?

Should the Bucs roll with last year’s second-round pick after the GOAT is gone, or look for another replacement elsewhere?

While there hasn’t been an official indication from Tom Brady about his football plans beyond the 2022 season, it wouldn’t be surprising if this ends up being the last campaign of his legendary NFL career.

In any event, the GOAT isn’t under contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after this year, which means the team has to be planning for the next era at the game’s most important position.

One such solution was spending a second-round pick in the 2021 NFL draft of Florida quarterback Kyle Trask, but he’s yet to see any meaningful action outside of the preseason. Only last week was Trask active on game day for the first time in his young NFL career after being a healthy scratch for every other game so far.

Trask still has two years remaining on his rookie contract after this season, but without any regular-season snaps under his belt, are the Bucs really comfortable handing him the reins next season? Should they at least see what they’ve got in Trask, or look for another solution to replace Brady, either in free agency, via trade, or in the 2023 NFL draft?

We asked the fans what they think about it, and the responses were all over the board:
