Shareef O’Neal joins the TikTok party with Shaq and Shaqir

Shaquille O’Neal joined his two sons in a dance-off posted on TikTok on Friday night.

As athletes across the world try to stay busy during the coronavirus pandemic, some have resorted to staying on social media to help pass the time.

TikTok has become a popular avenue for players to join as the likes of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Darius Bazley, Chris Paul and Matisse Thybulle have all posted videos in recent weeks. Thybulle has even become a self-made TikTok star with some of his recent work.

On Friday, Shareef O’Neal joined his father, Shaquille, and brother, Shaqir, and posted a video of the group dancing together. Watching Shaq break it down in the clip was worth the watch in itself.

The O’Neals look to be staying busy together in self-quarantine and seem to be having fun on TikTok. With most basketball activities postponed, they have been forced to look outside of the sports world to stay busy.

Shareef announced last month that he would be transferring from UCLA to LSU after he played sparingly with the Bruins. Of course, Shaq played with LSU from 1989 to 1992 and has his No. 33 retired by the school.
