Once upon a time, Shane McMahon led his children down the entrance ramp at WrestleMania 32 in 2017 for a match against The Undertaker, which feels as if it happened yesterday. McMahon’s kids are now grown up, though, with his eldest, Declan, playing football at the University of Indiana.
It seems that the McMahon family’s football legacy will extend further, as another son is on the verge of stepping onto the college football stage, adding a new chapter to the family’s football resume.
Kenyon McMahon announced his commitment on Monday to the University of North Carolina. According to his X profile, he plays wide receiver and defensive back.

This marks a significant milestone for the young McMahon, as he embarks on the opportunity to play college football at the highest level in the ACC, aiming to make an impact.
Wrestling fans might be curious if Kenyon also desires to step into the squared circle. Declan thinks he’ll succeed if he tries, so maybe Kenyon has similar thoughts about competing in a ring one day, even owning a similar sense of confidence in his ability to triumph.
While wrestling will always be synonymous with the McMahon family, it appears a budding legacy in football is growing. Kenyon and Declan have the chance to leave their mark, and who knows, perhaps they will follow their father to the wrestling ring down the road.
