Seven Tennessee baseball players were named to the Rawlings/America Baseball Coaches Association’s All-Southeast Region Teams.
The seven honorees represents a Tennessee program record.
First-team selections from the Volunteers include: Trey Lipscomb (third baseman), Jorel Ortega (second baseman); Drew Gilbert (outfielder); Chase Burns (right-handed pitcher); Chase Dollander (right-handed pitcher) and Drew Beam (right-handed pitcher).
Tennessee outfielder Jordan Beck received second-team honors.
Tennessee, the No. 1 national seed in the 2022 NCAA Tournament, saw its season come to an end June 12, losing game No. 3 to Notre Dame, 7-3, of the Knoxville Super Regional at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.
The Vols won both the SEC regular season and tournament championship.
Tennessee finished 57-9 (25-5 SEC).
