See it: What Julio Jones will look like in a Titans uniform

Jones looks damn good in a Titans uniform.

UPDATE: Hours after this article was published, the Tennessee Titans revealed that Julio Jones will wear No. 2. Check out the video of the reveal right here.

By now you’ve probably seen a rendering of what wide receiver Julio Jones will look like in a Tennessee Titans uniform, but if not we have you covered.

Jones is set to join the Titans in 2021 after Tennessee struck a deal with the Atlanta Falcons for the All-Pro wideout and a 2023 sixth-round pick in exchange for a 2022 second-rounder and 2023 fourth-rounder.

Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown currently owns the number Jones wore in Atlanta, and while the Ole Miss product did try to give it to the veteran, Jones ultimately declined, as Brown revealed on Twitter on Tuesday.

With that situation out of the way, Jones will likely assume the No. 8, the same digit he wore in college. Granted, No. 8 is already taken, but it’s by 2021 UDFA and punter, James Smith, so there should be no issue there.

Here’s a look at Jones in a No. 8 Titans uniform:

No matter what number he wears, Jones amounts to a game-changing addition for the Titans, a team that went from having a suspect receiving corps. to one of the very best in the NFL.

But the Titans aren’t just getting a great player in Jones.

The 32-year-old veteran has also proven to be a great mentor to younger receivers during his career, and his unselfish attitude is the icing on the cake.
