See it: Titans fans convert Marcus Mariota jerseys to Adrian Peterson

Titans fans got creative and turned their Marcus Mariota jerseys to Adrian Peterson ones.

With Adrian Peterson just having joined the Tennessee Titans this week, there simply wasn’t enough time to get hands on his jersey, so fans got creative for the Sunday night game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Peterson, who dons the No. 8, is rocking the same number worn by former Titans No. 2 overall pick and quarterback, Marcus Mariota, who now resides in Las Vegas with the Raiders.

So, with the help of a little tape, Titans fans were able to successfully convert their now-useless Mariota jerseys into Peterson ones, which they proudly displayed ahead of the game against the Rams (H/T @titansfilmroom).

Now that’s turning nothing into something!

Peterson, who went from turning down “Dancing with the Stars” to now being the lead back on the AFC-leading Titans, will be making his 2021 debut on Sunday night.

He has the unenviable task of trying to fill Derrick Henry’s shoes, along with fellow backs Jeremy McNichols and D’Onta Foreman.
