The Denver Broncos might be in line to have gotten the steal of the 2024 NFL draft in running back Audric Estime.
Estime didn’t wow at the NFL combine because of a lackluster 40-yard dash time, but improved significantly by his pro day at Notre Dame a few weeks later.
As a result the Broncos selected Notre Dame’s leading rusher each of the past two seasons with the 147th overall pick in the draft (Fifth round).
Although lots of teams are taking educated guesses at that point in the draft, Estime averaged over six yards per carry during his three seasons at Notre Dame.
