See Bryson DeChambeau’s stunning 370-yard drive on a Bay Hill par-5

WOW!

Bryson DeChambeau has been eyeing the challenge of driving the green of the par-5 No. 6 hole at Bay Hill for a while now. But the conditions needed to be just right for him to nail more than 300-yard shot across a lake in the middle of the hole.

DeChambeau — whose driving power has led to some unreal shots and wild stats — has been ready to attempt the risky shot at this weekend’s Arnold Palmer Invitational.

He’s teased the crowd about it, and even one of his competitors tried to egg him on with Jordan Spieth joking (via the Golf Channel): “That’s the only reason I played this week was to see you hit it over the lake.”

Well, during Saturday’s third round, DeChambeau did it.

On the 555-yard, par-5 sixth hole, DeChambeau’s shot across the water flew for an incredible 370 yards, and the 27-year-old player almost immediate celebration is perfect.

Here’s a helpful look at where DeChambeau’s drive put him compared with everyone else:

No matter where DeChambeau finishes on the final scoreboard Sunday, this shot is easily going to be one of the best highlights of the weekend. And golf fans couldn’t get enough of it.
