Within a plenty dominant team with a supporting cast full of standouts, Jones still brings a lot to the table in his own right at quarterback. His ball placement was *chef’s kiss* in the Crimson Tide’s 55-17 trouncing of LSU, and it’s hard to think Nick Saban could have asked for much more out of his starter.
Jones had a stat line of 20-of-28 passing for 385 yards and four touchdowns before Bryce Young took over when the game was far out of LSU’s reach.
