12. TJ Finley/Max Johnson, LSU.
Finley started off hot when he initially took the reins for an injured Myles Brennan starting off with the team’s 52-24 win over South Carolina, in which he was 25-for-45 passing for 265 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.
It’s been up-and-down since then — to the point we’ve seen a decent bit of Max Johnson as of late. Ed Orgeron said Thursday that while a final decision hasn’t been made, it “looks like” Johnson will get the start against Florida.
Johnson finished out his last performance, entering the game against Alabama in the third quarter, 11-for-17 passing for 110 yards without a touchdown or an interception.
