Vegas knew what they were doing.
According to betting outlets and ESPN’s FPI, Mississippi State was a slight favorite over No. 12 Kentucky, which confused me considering all that Kentucky had accomplished this season. Mississippi State went on to win 31-17, forcing UK quarterback Will Levis into three interceptions. Never doubt the betting outlets.
Another ranked team in the SEC fell in the form on No. 10 Ole Miss, who ran out of offensive gas in the second half vs Auburn. The Tigers, who are now 6-2, control their own destiny if they want to get to Atlanta. Harsin stock is at an all time high. Florida on the other hand… their stock is at an all time low after getting bashed by Georgia.
Here are my SEC Power Rankings heading into week 10 of the regular season.
