SEC announces Week 1 football schedule.

BIRMINGHAM — The Southeastern Conference announced its Week 1 football games that will be played Sept. 26.

The Vols will play at South Carolina to open the 2020 season.

  • Alabama at Missouri
  • Georgia at Arkansas
  • Florida at Ole Miss
  • Kentucky at Auburn
  • Mississippi State at LSU
  • Tennessee at South Carolina
  • Vanderbilt at Texas A&M

The entire SEC schedule will be released at 7 p.m. ET and will be televised by the SEC Network. The conference will play a 10-game league-only schedule in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Tennessee will play additional games against Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Missouri and Texas A&M at home, while playing at Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, and Vanderbilt on the road this season.
