Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott will be inducted into the William & Mary Athletics Hall of Fame on March 10.
The school announced the news on Thursday:

McDermott, a walk-on player for the Tribe, played in 46 games as a defensive back with 26 overall starts. In his senior year in 1997, McDermott was named a team captain.
Among those already inducted into the Hall of Fame for W&M is Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin, his former teammate.
Mcdermott’s coaching career quickly began after his college playing days. The 48-year-old’s first stop as a coach was in 1998 as a grad assistant at his alma mater.
McDermott joined the Philadelphia Eagles soon after, heading over to the Carolina Panther before being named head coach in Buffalo in 2017.
