Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf is “all smiles right now” and it’s not just because he’s out of his walking boot following foot surgery. Metcalf joined the “Club Shay Shay” official Shannon Sharpe podcast on Monday and was asked about the state of his contract negotiations.
“It’s all smiles right now,” Metcalf said during the interview. “It’s just a matter of when. I can’t stress over it, can’t think about it too much, cause I’m gonna drive myself crazy. So I’ve been just enjoying this offseason, enjoying life, taking it a day at a time.
“It might sound cliché, but that’s really how I’m living now.”
