Seahawks wide receiver David Moore has agreed to restructured contract

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver David Moore has agreed to a restructured contract which reworks his restricted free agent tender terms.

The Seattle Seahawks were likely able to clear up some cash on Saturday morning with a little help from wide receiver David Moore, who agreed to restructure his contract.

“Seahawks WR David Moore, who was on an RFA tender worth $2.13M, has agreed to a reworked contract and will stay in Seattle, source said,” NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport tweeted Saturday morning. “He’ll sign his new deal this morning.”

Rapoport did not provide the terms of the new deal but ESPN’s Brady Henderson reported it is only for one year, making Moore an unrestricted free agent at the end of the 2020 season.

Moore has been climbing the ranks during practice over the last few weeks with a number of receivers sitting out due to injuries, including Phillip Dorsett II, who has been battling a sore foot.
