Seahawks Week 18 injury report: 7 players DNP

The Seattle Seahawks are gearing up for their regular season finale this weekend to conclude the 2024 campaign. Seattle has their rematch with the Los Angeles Rams, who will be sitting multiple starters, including quarterback Matthew Stafford.

The Seahawks will have plenty to play for, although several of their key contributors were non-participants at practice on Thursday. Rookie defensive tackle Byron Murphy II was added to the injury list with a new back injury. On Wednesday he was a limited participant, then did not practice at all on Thursday. Such a regression would lead to believe he is not on track to start. While Seattle still has pride to play for, I doubt they will risk the long term health of their first round pick from the 2024 NFL draft.

Other injury news include placing tight end Brady Russell in injured reserve with a foot injury that has kept him out of several games in the second half of the season. His 2024 is done.

The full injury report from Thursday can be seen below.
