Seahawks vs. Titans: 3 duds and 1 stud from Week 2 loss

Pain.

Pain.

The Seattle Seahawks were looking like they were cruising for a solid Week 2 victory for their home opener against the Tennessee Titans. Russell Wilson was cooking, the defense was generating crucial stops and Seattle appeared to be keeping pace with the rest of the NFC West.

Instead they blew 30-16 fourth quarter lead to lose 33-30 in overtime against a team that had been blown out 38-13 the week prior. Somehow they managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of near-certain victory with this monumental collapse.

This past May, I listed the Titans game as a top-five matchup for the Seahawks as an early test and important to keep pace with their division rivals. Now they are in sole possession of last place in the NFC West, with every other team enjoying a 2-0 start to the season.

At least the Mariners managed to beat the Royals 7-1 earlier Sunday afternoon.

As a result, there is only one stud this week, but three duds.
