With the No. 37 overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft, the Seattle Seahawks have selected Auburn EDGE Derick Hall.
Hall (6-foot-3, 254 pounds) is one of the highest-ranked edge defenders in a deep class of them. He comes with quality athleticism for his size, having posted a 4.55 forty yard dash time at the scouting combine.
Hall was also productive during his time in college, totaling five forced fumbles, 19.5 sacks and 29.5 tackles for a loss in 40 games at Auburn.
Looking ahead, Hall will likely be competing with 2022 second-round draft pick Boye Mafe for the right to start at outside linebacker opposite Uchenna Nwosu.
