Scott Turner is officially the offensive coordinator of the Washington Redskins.
And he certainly has some history with the organization.
As Turner shared in the tweet above, he’d previously spent some time with the Redskins in the past and went as far as calling it “home.”
Scott’s father, Norv Turner, coached the Redskins from 1994 to 2000.
Scott started his own career at the NFL level by working under Ron Rivera in Carolina during Rivera’s first year as head coach. He later returned for another job in Carolina and is now back with Rivera again in a bigger capacity.
Turner went viral for the above tweet, which isn’t any surprise given just how great it is in the way it tells a story. If he enjoys success alongside Dwayne Haskins, the story will only improve.
