The NFL announced a new salary cap for 2024 of $255.4 million. It was an increase of more than $30 million from the 2023 cap and more than $10 million higher than originally expected.
With the new salary cap, it impacts the cost of franchise tags, transition tags and tenders for restricted free agents.
