Even before Friday’s action between the United States team and their European counterparts teed off at Whistling Straits in Wisconsin, fans were out as the sun came up, going nuts.
They sang the Neil Diamond classic Sweet Caroline. They mostly booed Rory McIlroy. They were having the time of their lives. And all of that was before 7 a.m. Eastern, with plenty of time to go before the action started.
So here’s a collection of what it all looked like on Friday (early) morning, and man I wish I was there!
