Ryan Johnson transfers to Georgia Tech.

ATLANTA — Former Tennessee offensive lineman Ryan Johnson has announced that he will be a graduate transfer and play at Georgia Tech.

The redshirt junior played in 35 games for the Vols since 2017.

On Dec. 2 Johnson announced his intent to transfer.

“First of all, I would like to thank all the young men and women who have been my fans and waited for me diligently after every game to give me a high five whether we won or lost,” Johnson announced on Twitter. “You are truly VFLs. I would also like to thank the VolNation for the last four years – this has been an incredible ride.”
