Rutgers men’s lacrosse moves up four spots in latest poll, one of five ranked Big Ten teams

Rutgers men’s lacrosse is making a move in the polls this week.

Following a 2-0 start to the season, Rutgers men’s lacrosse moved up an impressive four spots this week in the Men’s Division I Media Poll.

The poll sees Rutgers as one of the biggest movers since the last poll (which was the preseason poll. The Scarlet Knights are now No. 11, moving up four places from their preseason ranking.

Rutgers started the season with impressive wins over Leigh two weeks ago and this past weekend at Stony Brook.

The top three teams in the poll (Notre Dame, followed by Duke and Virginia) remain unchanged. Maryland moved up to fourth following wins over then No. 19 Richmond and No. 12 Loyola (Maryland).

Ohio State is receiving votes this week.
