247Sports’ Allen Trieu:

Well-developed already but still has room to fill in. Well muscled. Measured 6-foot-4 at The Opening, so could play tackle or guard. Has great bend. Is flexible and has good twitch. Is able to handle outside speed rushers, but can re-direct against counter moves. Very good in pass protection. Gets good leverage and push in the run game and plays mean there. Still working on his technique and is just starting to get out and compete against higher levels of competition. Has the athletic tools and intangibles to be a kid who starts multiple years on the Power 5 level. Has the potential to develop into an NFL draft choice.

The Wolverine’s EJ Holland:

Has an excellent physique and frame with plenty of room to be developed in the strength and conditioning program. Terrific bend, flexibility and athleticism. Projects best as a right tackle but could also slide inside. Can get nasty when he wants to and bury the opposition but does not do it on a consistent basis. Plus as a technician with really good hand placement. While athletic and twitchy, El-Hadi still has a bit of an issue with slow feet.

Maize N Brew:

Strong mauler with good flexibility and lateral quickness. 6-foot-4 frame could require him to move inside in college. Has to work on identifying defenders and staying engaged.

Wolverine Digest:

2021 Outlook: El-Hadi was the first athlete to commit to the Michigan 2021 class, and he remained rock solid in his commitment for two years.  The highly rated Michigan native will have an opportunity to get on the field early at Michigan, as the Wolverines are still sorting out the details of a relatively young offensive line unit.  It remains to be seen whether or not El-Hadi will start at some point during the 2021 season, but there’s very little doubt that he is an eventual starter at the University of Michigan.
