Ross doesn’t know if he’ll be moved before the trade deadline in February — the Magic’s last opportunity to trade Ross while he’s on the 4-year, $54 million contract he signed during the 2019 offseason. “I don’t know how that’s going,” he added. “It’s all out of my hands. I’m in complete darkness. I don’t know what’s going on. I see the [general managers] every day at the gym. Nothing’s out of the ordinary. I could be here for the remainder of the season. I could be gone before training camp. I don’t know what’s going to happen. I’m just going to keep focusing on the team. Why not be ready? And who knows? If we have that Cinderella story — the season becomes special — there’s no telling what could happen.”
