The Ravens avoided an 0-3 start after an impressive 28-25 win over the Cowboys in Dallas last Sunday.
All wasn’t well, as Baltimore blew a 22-point fourth-quarter lead and barely held on before a late Zay Flowers catch and timely plays helped secure a win. While addressing the media on Friday, Roquan Smith talked about “self-inflicted mistakes ” and all “11 defenders being on the same page.”
“We got to communicate and be on the same page. If we do that, we’ll eliminate a lot of the mistakes out there. It’s been self-inflicted.”
Roquan Smith: “We definitely have a sour taste in our mouths after the way we finished last week. Just to show the world exactly who we are as a defense. It’s about playing four complete quarters. If we do that, we like our chances — I promise you that.” pic.twitter.com/FzmfwmYOVW

It wasn’t all bad, as Cowboys star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (four catches, 67 yards) was held in check, while the Dallas running game was non-existent.
Penalties continued to be an issue for the Ravens, who had 13 for 105 yards.
