The Eagles defense has been solid this season, logging a top-10 ranking in total defense, passing defense, while also being among the best in the league on 3rd down and 4th down.
Rodney McLeod is the voice of the defense after Malcolm Jenkin’s departure and with the Birds coming off a strong performance against Seattle, he’s feeling confident about Sunday’s matchup in Green Bay.
While talking to the media during his Wednesday zoom meeting, McLeod referred to the Eagles defense as “top-tier” and said they look forward to the huge matchup against the Packers No. 1 scoring offense.

Green Bay has more than found their groove on offense and with Aaron Jones back toting the football at running back, Aaron Rodgers has been able to have his way in the passing game against opposing defenses.
Darius Slay and Packers star wide receiver Davante Adams will link-up again on the outside in what should be a box-off matchup between two of the NFL’s best.
The running game has also been a juggernaut in Green Bay and last week against the Bears, Aaron Jones, and Jamaal Williams had 17 carries each and combined for 163 total rushing yards in a blowout win over the Bears.
