Rob Gronkowski joining the Tampa Bay Buccaneers came as a surprise to many.
The Former New England Patriots tight end started his wrestling career and seemed content with life after the NFL. But, Tom Brady throwing him the ball in Florida was too convincing of an offer. Gronkowski signed a one-year deal worth $10 million and the show will go on in Tampa.
How did this all transpire? Gronkowski joined “The Late Late Show with James Corden” on Thursday and broke down the initial phone call — or at least how it went down in Gronkowski’s mind.
As a forewarning — this reenactment might be a bit over-exaggerated.
However it really went down — Gronkowski and Brady have a ton of weapons surrounding them and will experience a whole new atmosphere in Tampa with Bruce Arians running the show.
