Ricky Council IV goes undrafted in 2023 NBA Draft, signs two-way contract with 76ers

Ricky Council IV wasn’t selected in the 2023 NBA Draft, but signed a two-way contract with the 76ers immediately after.

[autotag]Ricky Council IV[/autotag] just missed out on being the fourth Razorback selected in the 2023 NBA Draft. Council went undrafted, but was one of the first players to sign a contract at the night’s conclusion. He signed a two-way contract with the Philadelphia 76ers.

Council transferred to Arkansas from Wichita State ahead of the 2022-23 season and flourished with an increased role as a primary offensive option. After averaging 12.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.1 steals in 2021-22 with Wichita State, Council maintained that level of production with more responsibility this past year in Fayetteville.

He appeared in all 36 games for the Razorbacks and averaged 16.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.1 steal over 34.1 minutes per night.
