Former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will return to Gillette Stadium on Sunday, when his former team takes on the Philadelphia Eagles.
Several members of the Patriots organization are weighing in on Brady’s return. Offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien recalled fond memories with the quarterback earlier this week, and now, running back Rhamondre Stevenson is giving high praise as well.
Stevenson indirectly intersected with Brady a bit in his career. The Oklahoma product did not play in the game that saw Brady return to New England as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Nevertheless, he recognizes Brady’s impact on the game and also knows that Brady’s terrific career cannot be summed up in one play.
Rhamondre Stevenson on Tom Brady: "He's the GOAT. I watched him growing up all the time."
Said he couldn't pick just one memory of him that stands out.
