It’s been anything but smooth sailing for the Chicago Bulls to start the 2023-24 season. At every turn, the Bulls are met with another disappointing failure, from their Opening Night loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder to their latest affair against the Brooklyn Nets on Friday night.
In what was their first game of the NBA’s new In-Season Tournament, the Bulls lost to the Nets by just two points, 109-107. In the final moments of the game, Zach LaVine went to the free-throw line, made the first one, missed the second, got his own rebound, and had a shot to tie the game. But it didn’t fall.
That said, there were plenty of other problems that led to the Bulls’ loss to Brooklyn, especially toward the end of the game. Re-watch the ending here:
What could the Bulls have done better?
