The Baltimore Ravens are facing plenty of questions as they enter their 2023 offseason. The team will need to figure out the future of their start quarterback in Lamar Jackson, but also what they are going to do at offensive coordinator with Greg Roman.
There has been plenty of speculation over the last few days about the contract status of Roman, but on Thursday morning Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reported details on the situation. He let it be known that Roman reportedly has one year remaining on his contract at $3.5 million, dismissing the notion that his contract is up.
A bit of bookkeeping ahead of the #Ravens season-ending press conference today: Offensive coordinator Greg Roman has one year remaining on his contract at $3.5 million, sources say. Doesn’t mean he sticks but the notion his contract is up is not accurate.

Baltimore could very well still fire Roman if Garafolo’s report is accurate. He has been under scrutiny for questionable play-calling and time management for years, and whatever decision they make on the coordinator will greatly impact their offense for the 2023 season.
