Report: Washington signs former Titans OL Kevin Pamphile

Kevin Pamphile spent two seasons in Nashville.

Former Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Kevin Pamphile will reportedly sign with the Washington Football Team.

The news comes from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Pamphile spent two seasons with the Titans, but didn’t see a lot of action, mostly because of injuries.

After playing in just three games (two starts) for Tennessee in 2018, his season ended early after he was placed on IR.

Pamphile had a golden opportunity to be the team’s starting right guard in 2019, however he ended up suffering a knee injury prior to the season that knocked him out of the running.

After 2019 third-round pick Nate Davis assumed the starting role upon his return, Pamphile became a weekly scratch, even after he was presumably healthy.

While there are some obvious injury concerns with Pamphile, the veteran can provide solid depth thanks to his versatility, as he can play at both guard and tackle; although the former position is a better fit for him than the latter.
