Before the All-Star break comes to an end, the Golden State Warriors are making a tweak to their roster.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Warriors are planning to convert two-way guard Lester Quinones to a standard NBA contract.

In 19 games, Quinones is averaging 4.8 points on 39% shooting from the field and 39.5% shooting from beyond the arc with 2.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 12.9 minutes per game.
Following a quiet start to the season, Quinones has had a strong stretch of games before the All-Star break in February. Quinones tallied double-figure scoring totals in three games in February, including a career-high 17 points against the Atlanta Hawks. Before the break, Quinones played 16 or more minutes in eight of nine games in Februrary.

After gaining undrafted out of Memphis in 2022, the Warriors initially signed Quinones to a two-way contract before waiving him before the season. Quinones then signed a G League contract with the Santa Cruz Warriors. Quinones was later named the G League’s Most Improved Player.
