NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport confirms the deal and says it is for a seventh-round pick.

After agreeing to terms with Vic Beasley on Tuesday, the Titans had about $19 million in cap space. By trading Casey, they now have around $30 million to work with.
This attempt to clear cap space could be a prelude to the Titans making a big move, but it remains to be seen what that move is.
As Paul Kuharsky notes, Casey’s $11.25 million base salary would have become fully guaranteed in five days.

In 2019, Casey totaled five sacks in 14 games during the regular season, and he also added 2.5 more sacks in the postseason, with two of them coming in the divisional round win over the Baltimore Ravens. In fact, his strip-sack of Lamar Jackson was one of the biggest plays of the contest.
