The NFL salary cap will go up for the Tennessee Titans and the rest of the teams in the NFL in 2020.
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, teams are expected to have a “roughly” $200 million salary cap, which will be up from the $188.2 million it was in 2019.
The 2019 salary cap was $188.2 million, so another $10M+ jump. Whether, and how much more, the salary cap would rise in 2020 under a new CBA would depend on whether that additional revenue is counted towards salary cap or benefits.

As Pelissero points out, that number could go even higher if the new CBA is passed, which could happen sometime in the next two weeks.
Until now, it wasn’t certain just how high the salary cap number would be, so this is the first somewhat concrete projection we’ve gotten.
The Titans have about $50 million to spend on free agents as it stands now, per Over the Cap, and that number could increase if the team decides to make cuts and/or restructures contracts.
That current cap space number already factors in the projected salary cap number of about $200 million for 2020, though.
