Raiders’ wide receiver Henry Ruggs III was involved in a car accident early on Tuesday morning, according to TMZ. The report from the site says that the 22-year old receiver was involved in a wreck in the Las Vega area around 3:40 AM on Tuesday.
According to the Metro police, Ruggs showed signs of impairment and will be charged with a DUI resulting in death. Here is the full police report from the accident:

Ruggs was selected by the Raiders in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. In his second season in the NFL, he has totaled 469 yards and two touchdowns on 24 receptions. He currently leads the team in receiving yards and is tied for the most touchdown receptions.
