The Las Vegas Raiders continue to trim their roster down to 53 players as the Saturday deadline approaches. One player that will be on the roster is quarterback Nathan Peterman. According to ESPN’s Field Yates, Peterman has agreed to a pay cut, saving the team over $1 million.
The Raiders and QB Nathan Peterman agreed on a reworked contract for one-year, $1M, which is guaranteed, per source. He was previously due $2.133M, but it was not guaranteed.
The team continues to value him as a developmental QB prospect in a year where QB depth is important.
