The New England Patriots are expected to add Bo Hardegree to their coaching staff, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Hardegree is expected to help replace the hole left by the departure of quarterbacks coach Jedd Fisch. Hardegree recently served under Adam Gates as an offensive assistant with the New York Jets. He also worked with Gase as the Miami Dolphins quarterbacks coach for three seasons. He has also spent time under David Cutcliffe as an assistant at Duke and Les Miles as an intern at LSU.
Hardegree does have some Patriots connections. Former Patriots linebacker and current inside linebackers coach Jerod Mayo played football at Tennessee with Hardegree.

With the Patriots quarterback situation uncertain for the 2021 season, Hardegree could have his work cut out for him. This is just one of the many interesting storylines for the organization heading into next year.
