At the moment, the Vikings do not have reports of a positive COVID-19 test this week, but the opponent they played Sunday certainly has.
The Titans have eight positive tests among its staff and players. Ben Volin of the Boston Globe reported that the chance of those tests being false positives have been ruled out.
The Vikings play the Texans this week and as of now the game is still on, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Pelissero reported that the league is evaluating the situation and will adjust if needed as more information is gathered.
Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reported that Houston is maintaining normal operations and game preparations as the NFL deals with this situation.
If the game is to be played, the Vikings will head to Houston to take on the Texans Sunday at noon. The Vikings and Texans are both 0-3.
