Michigan State football could take a big step this week in offering beer at Spartan Stadium for games this upcoming season.
Spartans Illustrated is reporting that the Michigan State University Board of Trustees will vote on Wednesday to approve a revision that would allow for the program to pursue a liquor license for Spartan Stadium. If approved, this would most likely go into effect for the third home game of the season against Washington on Sept. 16 and the remaining home games the rest of the year.
