Report: Like Kyrie Irving, Anthony Davis is partnering with Lineage Logistics

Anthony Davis is donating a considerable amount of money to Lineage Logistics, a company Kyrie Kyrie Irving has also partnered with.

On Monday, Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving announced he was partnering with Feeding America and Lineage Logistics to help distribute 250,000 meals to those in the New York area who are in need during the novel coronavirus outbreak.

As part of his partnership, the Brooklyn Nets point guard donated $323,000 to Feeding America. Also, Lineage Logistics agreed to match the money raised in the partnership, up to $200,000, according to Irving’s post on Instagram.

Los Angeles Lakers forward Anthony Davis is now joining Irving and Lineage Logistics in their “Share a Meal” cause. According to Dave McMenamin of ESPN, Davis is donating $250,000 to help “source meals from L.A.-area restaurants to provide to regional hospital workers fighting the COVID-19 crisis.”

The goals for Lineage Logistics with their “Share A Meal” campaign is “to help provide 100 million meals to those in need.”

Thank you all for the birthday love, I’m extremely grateful for the support. Seeing the effects of COVID-19 reach our loved ones, our schools, our jobs, and access to food has really impacted me. I am excited to partner with @feedingamerica and @lineagelogistics to launch the Share A Meal campaign to help marginalized communities get the food resources they require during this time, and to work with our local partner @cityharvestnyc to distribute 250k meals to my neighbors in need across the NY area. In addition to that I am donating $323k to Feeding America and @lineagelogistics will match $200k of what we raise together.  I am asking my fans, friends, family and partners to join me in helping our communities by donating at the link in my bio. Thank you to everyone on the front line working to keep all of us safe, healthy, and fed. Together we can change the world one small gesture at a time.
