There has been speculation this offseason that the Vikings could sign veteran cornerback Logan Ryan.
Not if the Jets get there first.
Per NFL.com, the Jets have shown interest in the former Titans cornerback.
The Vikings did about as best they could addressing the cornerback position in the draft, selecting Jeff Gladney in the first round, Cameron Dantzler in the third round and Harrison Hand in the fifth round.
Even still, familiar faces like Xavier Rhodes, Trae Waynes and Mackensie Alexander are gone.
It will be up to Mike Hughes, Holton Hill and a cast of rookies to lock down receivers if this team doesn’t add a veteran such as Ryan.
