Free agency isn’t over for the Golden State Warriors.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, JaMychal Green intends to sign with the Warriors after finalizing a buyout with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
After spending two seasons with the Denver Nuggets, Green and a 2027 protected first-round pick was traded to the Thunder on draft night for UCLA product Peyton Watson and two second round picks.
Before he suits up with the Thunder officially, the eight-year veteran will receive a buyout in Oklahoma City and head to the Bay Area after clearing waivers.
