The James Harden saga for the Philadelphia 76ers continues as both sides look for a resolution to the future Hall of Famer’s trade request.
Harden had been with the team and had been a professional in practice and shootarounds. However, he has made it clear he still wants out.
The Los Angeles Clippers, Harden’s preferred destination, continue to work on their offers to the Sixers to acquire Harden. However, it appears that Philadelphia is looking for more.
On Wednesday, the Sixers returned to work at practice. Per Shams Charania, Harden did not attend practice, and he has not been with the team since Sunday. Philadelphia was in New York on Monday to take on the Brooklyn Nets in the preseason, and he was not with the team then.
James Harden is a no show at Philadelphia 76ers practice today, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Harden has not been present with the team since Sunday.

The Sixers begin the season against the Milwaukee Bucks on Oct. 26, and it will be interesting to see if Harden will be with the team.
