Kitchens had spent the previous two seasons in Cleveland, finding himself promoted from associate head coach and running backs coach to offensive coordinator to head coach Prior to his time with the Browns, Kitchens spent 11 years with the Arizona Cardinals, coaching tight ends, quarterbacks and running backs over different spans
